My Review: On the nose of this wine I thought of a little cheese mixed with mint and thyme. The mint and thyme really came out to me. There was fruit and a bit of apple on the palate. There was smooth mouthfeel and it was a little tart as well. I enjoyed this one.
I did not try this with food.
