Winery Review: This wine’s light, airy mouthfeel belies its sweetness and intensity of flavor. Honeyed pineapple aromas; similar flavors on the palate, adding gentle citrus notes toward the long, sweet finish.
My Review: I thought this was a very good Riesling that had a nice balance of being sweet but not too sweet. I personally detected parmesan cheese on the nose and a strawberry Jello palate. Two very different notes but ended up being very enjoyable. I would definitely drink this again.
I did not try this with food.
